I. Physical properties of silicon nitride

② anti-molten metal corrosion: silicon nitride on a single metal melt (except copper) does not infiltrate, not subject to corrosion; ③ resistance to acid and alkali salt corrosion: easily soluble in gas fluoride acid, and dilute acid does not work.


Third, the mechanical properties of ammonia silicon.


① high-temperature strength is good, 1200 ℃ high-temperature strength and room temperature strength compared with little attenuation, in addition, its high-temperature creep rate is very low. These are determined by the nature of strong covalent bonds; ② high hardness, second only to diamond, cubic BN, BC and a few other super-hard materials; ③ small friction coefficient, self-cleaning.


③ Low coefficient of friction, self-lubricating, similar to the metal surface of refueling.
